Dr. Meenu Agarwal is a globally respected gynecological endoscopic surgeon and reproductive medicine specialist, with an illustrious career spanning over three decades. Recognized for her pioneering contributions to minimally 
invasive surgery and assisted reproduction, she has been instrumental in advancing women’s healthcare through 
clinical excellence, surgical innovation, and a passion for medical education. Her work combines the precision 
of science with the compassion of healing, impacting patients, professionals, and institutions around the world.

A Gold Medalist in Obstetrics and Gynecology from the prestigious “Armed Forces Medical College” (AFMC), Pune, Dr. Agarwal holds 
an MBBS from Government Medical College, Amritsar, and earned her DNB from the National Board, New Delhi. Her specialized training in gynecological endoscopy at the University of Kiel, Germany, and her European Board Certification in Reproductive Surgery, have laid the foundation for her global practice and collaborations.

As Director of Bliss Fertility Centre and Pune Centre for Women’s Health, and Head of Reproductive Medicine at Noble 
Hospitals, Pune, she leads a multidisciplinary team catering to complex gynecologic and fertility cases. She is also a consultant at Ruby Hall Clinic and a tertiary referral surgeon for advanced laparoscopic and hysteroscopic procedures.

Dr. Agarwal’s impact, however, transcends clinical practice. A passionate educator, she is the Founder and Academic 
Director of the “Pune Centre for Endoscopic and ART Training”, a premier institute for gynecologists seeking skills in laparoscopy, Hysteroscopy and ART. Under her guidance, this center has trained hundreds of national and 
many international clinicians, helping to bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and hands-on surgical competence.

Her global educational initiatives include designing and delivering international training modules in collaboration with UKSH, Kiel (Germany). She is regularly invited to conduct masterclasses, mentor fellowship programs.

In addition to her clinical and educational work Dr Meenu Agarwal is active in many organizational societies. She joined the board of International Society for Gynecologic Endoscopy (ISGE) in 2018 and is at present the Secretary General for this truly international society. 

Behind Dr. Meenu Agarwal’s outstanding professional journey is the unwavering support of her family. She is married to Dr Sanjay Agarwal, a respected Diabetologist and is a constant pillar of encouragement throughout her career. 
Together, they have raised two accomplished sons, pursuing careers in medicine and economics respectively.
Her family’s love, strength, and understanding have been instrumental in enabling her to balance her demanding professional life with grace and resilience.

She has authored over 10 publications in high-impact journals and has authored 
four comprehensive textbooks as first author. Her writing reflects her extensive surgical 
experience and commitment to evidence-based care. 

She serves on the editorial boards of gynecological journals and continues to peer-review cutting-edge research globally.

Dr. Agarwal’s professional excellence has been honored with numerous awards, including “India’s Greatest Leaders” by 
AsiaOne, “Icons of Health” by the Times Group, “Inspiring Gynecologist – West India” by HealthWorld, and the 
“Champions of FOGSI” title by the Federation of Obstetricians and Gynecologists of India.
